For a quarter of a century Jonathan Fawcett has been supplying the very best quality linen products and accessories to the owners of the largest privately owned super yachts as well as their residencies and aircraft. We are an extremely service led project management business working within a niche market. We are delighted to announce that we are now looking to extend our friendly team.

This position will be reporting to and working closely with a senior member of the Project team who will be managing a major, ongoing project, it is therefore imperative that a good working relationship can be established. In addition, we are looking for a highly motivated, innovative and customer focused individual. This role is both challenging and diverse, working within a finite industry in which Jonathan Fawcett Ltd is well established.


  • Assisting the Project Manager to establish the requirements of the client and cultivating strong client relationships via telephone, email and during client meetings
  • Collate ideas and relevant information to send or present to the client in a meeting
  • Compile a comprehensive quotation for the client based on their specifications
  • Attempt to upsell/cross sell the products where possible
  • Compile invoices and orders
  • Liaise with the Warehouse regarding goods coming in
  • Continually update the client with the order status
  • Support the Project Manager and fellow colleagues


  • Fluency in French essential
  • Impeccable customer service skills both face to face and by email and telephone
  • Good numeracy and literacy skills with a logical and analytical methodology
  • Excellent organisation skills with the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
  • Confidence in presenting the linen products and accessories to clients
  • Keen eye for quality and detail with a willingness to develop a passion for the linen products we supply
  • Excellent standards of personal presentation as this is a client facing role
  • Experience of dealing with bespoke and branded goods
  • Good command of the English language, both verbal and written
  • High competency level in use of Microsoft Office essential. Experience of Sage advantageous
  • Full Driving Licence required
  • Flexible attitude to working hours and travel (occasionally at short notice)

This role is full time 36.5 hours a week and attracts an annual salary of circa £20k, plus Company pension scheme, 25 days’ annual leave (on an increasing scale, recognising length of service) and inclusion in our Profit Share Scheme.
