We are looking for an excellent communicator and someone with a natural charisma to deal with customers!
As a Customer Consultant, you will provide a professional and informative response to all queries.
What are your responsibilities:
- Dealing with customer's queries regarding payments and contracts;
- Treating each customer in an engaging and courteous manner, greeting them and answering every question pleasantly and efficiently;
- Provide accurate information regarding bookings, orders and refunds when required.
You will have to be:
- Fluent in French and with a good working knowledge of English;
- Active listener and excellent phone manner;
- Motivated and driven professionals;
- Preferably have some experience in customer service.
