Customer Consultant position for Danish Speakern in Boxtel, Netherlands.
Our client provides services in Europe before, during and/or after the purchase of a product or services. They are the best when it comes to deal with Information technology, personal storage, climate control, home security, video, audio, internet security, software etc.
Assist customers with installations, troubleshooting and problem solving in an efficient and customer friendly manner and thus delivering a positive customer experience
- Answering inbound contacts (phone, email, web chat) from customers
- Troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving any product related questions or problems
- Logging customer details, documenting the problem and escalating whenever necessary
- Ensuring customer satisfaction in all customer contacts
Required skills and competencies:
- Fluent in Danish and Advanced English
- computer literacy
- able to follow procedures
- good troubleshooting skills
- excellent customer service skills
- good typing skills and able to multitask
- contact centre working experience is advantageous
