Manpower is recruiting for a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Advisors to work for our client who is a leading international supplier of Business Process Outsourcing solutions for complex, technology-driven services based in Liverpool City Centre

As a Dutch Customer Service Advisor, your main responsibilities will be to:

* Provide an advanced level of customer service via a number of channels e.g. telephone, email, white mail, fax and social media
* Ensure personal Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements are achieved

The ideal candidate will have:

* Excellent verbal/written communication skills
* The ability to converse in Dutch
* Proven level of customer service: ideally within a contact centre environment
* Experience of using CRM tools/software
* Good understanding of social media platforms
* Working knowledge of MS Office applications.

As a Dutch Customer Service Advisor, you will be working 37.5 hours per week
Mon - Fri: 08.00 - 16.00 or 09.00 - 17.00 with rotational Saturday working 09.00 - 16.00
