Our client, a well-established company specialising in the organisation of exhibitions, is searching for French speaker for a full-time position in beautiful St. Albans working as an Administrator
Dealing with telephone enquiries from contractors
Update contractors with client lists on a regular basis
Day-to-day administration
Support and assist the team throughout busy periods
Travel and assist the manager on-site, when needed (UK)
Proof read/translate documents

This position will initially begin as a 6 month temporary role starting in November with a very strong chance of converting into a permanent position.

This role will involve but is not limited to:

Ideal candidates will have:
Fluency in French/English language skills (verbal & written communication)
Intermediate MS Excel/Word skills
Highly accurate with a strong passion for administrative work
Ability to multi-tasks and handle interruptions
Confident personality
Ability & willingness to travel
