A prestigious international property investment company is seeking a Senior Property Consultant for their office in London.

The Role

You will be responsible for driving sales, acquiring new clients and business with various needs, and promoting excellence in B2C management. The goal is to take responsibility for all aspects of business operations while playing an active role on the sales floor.
The position requires someone that is reliable, energetic, highly organized and hard working. Individuals should have a passion for the travel and property industry, have an excellent track record in sales and team management and speak fluent French and English.


*Help drive business and maximize sales through customer service, product knowledge, product presentation and promotion.
*Implement all operational policies and procedures in order to satisfy the needs of the customer.
*Generating new leads and managing existing clients
*Train and develop staff to consistently perform to company standards.
*Lead in the planning, implementation, and follow up of operational tasks and projects including outbound events and sales networking activities.
*In charge of negotiating contracts
*Exceeding targets
*Experiment with and promote daily workflow efficiency improvements within local team, share proven best practices with peers and management.
*Your performance will be measured by your ability to manage a productive team who are demonstrating strong sales performance and maintaining robust and active potential customer pipelines.
*2 years work experience in with proven track record to meet or exceed targets and goals.
*Experience in successfully leading and developing a sales team
*Bilingual French / English
*Ability to prioritize, manages multiple projects, and adheres to business-critical deadlines.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*Knowledge of UK laws is a plus
*Ability to communicate relevant information to all levels of the organization.
*Passionate dedication and ethical approach to sales management and operations.
*Ability to develop collaborative relationships
*Strong knowledge and proven work experience with retail store operations and systems.

Salary: 24K + OTE
