The role:
* Build new client relationships via business development calls / Account Manage existing
* Sell and negotiate on multiple levels with clients and candidates throughout process
* Advertising vacancies, processing applications and shortlisting candidates
* Manage, organise and control your own recruitment processes from start to finish (360)

What we require:
* Full fluency in written and spoken Danish / Finnish / Norwegian / Swedish skills
* Bachelor's degree (any discipline) and/or previous sales experience e.g. B2B, telesales.
* Commitment to a full-time permanent role interested in a long-term prosperous career
* Highly motivated by financial gains or future leadership progression and willing to learn
* A strong work ethic to go the extra mile and 'be the best'
* Confident, professional, enthusiastic telephone manner
* Fluency in written and spoken English
