Calling all Scandinavian speakers!!! Candidates who are fluent in Swedish along with fluency in English look no further you have found the ideal role! Working for a leading multinational retailer based in York you will form part of their International Customer Service Advisors team.

You will play a crucial role in supporting the international customers, ensuring they have an excellent customer service experience and implementing marketing ideas to expand the sales in all parts of the relevant country that you are assigned to. You will support the Head of Multilingual Resources to deliver results in excellent customer services and sales for the particular market, alongside the translation of the website for that country. Candidates MUST be fluent in SWEDISH and additional languages in either Danish, Norwegian or Finnish will also be considered.

To carry out this role you are required to be reliable and committed to providing first class advice and service and be highly communicative. Excellent PC skills in Microsoft office are also required.
