Our client is recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Manager, this is a senior role in the company and will involve assisting with managing a large contact centre with responsiblity for the management of Team Managers.
The role will invole balancing people management with performance management.
Candidates must have at least 3 years experience in a similar role with experience of managing at least 5 team managers and 180 FTE within the contact centre environment.
