Assisting business customers by phone, email and live chat with resolving issues they have regards the functioning of systems. The role involves identifying issues, providing process improvements and enhancing the customer experience. Liaising with other departments will be required in the resolving of many of the issues.

Required Skills

At least C1 French and fluent English

Previous customer service experience

Strong communication skills

Team Player.

Strong administrative skills and able to work effectively in a fast paced environment.

Confident in the use of MS Office.

The right to work in the EU already in place.
