Customer Service Specialist
(Swedish or Norwegian speaking)
Main role of the position is helping customers and handling spare parts´ orders and service orders via phone and e-mails for main brands as Bosch, Siemens, Gaggenau, NEFF and Constructa.
You are a perfect candidate if you enjoy helping people and have worked in customer service before. You are able to multitask in fast pace environment and have quick self-sufficient thinking. You are not afraid to bring your own ideas to the table and you adapt easily to changes. You are fluent in one of the Scandinavian languages (verbal and written) and you can also communicate in English. Work experience in call center would be an advantage.

BSH Call Centre is located in Tallinn (Lõõtsa 8a), working time is from Monday to Friday.
