A rare opportunity has risen from a designing and manufacturing medical training product company based in Bristol.The company has 26 years experience provide quality medical training products for healthcare professions and students. Beside UK, the company has offices in Australia and the USA as well. Their products also distribute to over 80 different locations around the world.

They are looking for a proactive and confident sales representative to join their International team, salary up to £37k plus other benefits. The role also required 20% travel in your working time, often at weekends and over bank holidays. Business Travel will include trips to Europe, Asia and the Middle East.

The responsibilities:
- Report to the International Sales Manager.
- Develop plans to meet the annual targets and objectives of the International team.
- Be responsible for managing accounts for your portfolio of distributors, maintaining and developing relationships with key distributors and customers into lasting business partnerships to meet business objectives.
- Attend international medical conferences, as well as dedicated visits to train, support and encourage distributors to increase their knowledge, interest and ultimately sales.
- You will also visit key distributors to increase product awareness, build meaningful relationships, and increase their ability to demonstrate and sell products.
- Deliver effective demonstrations and sales presentations to distributors and their clients promoting the company and explaining the concept and ethos underpinning the product range.
- Work closely with the Customer Service team to share/maintain up to date customer information and provide sales figures and reports.

The ideal candidate:
- Proactive and ambitious.
- At least 2 years experience of working in international or medical sales.
- Ideally speak fluent Mandarin.
- Good communicator.
- Experience in build relationship and working within exhibitions.
- Confident presenting to groups and individuals.
