A world leading Fund Manager is hiring a Dutch AND French speaking Customer Relationship Manager to join its Luxembourg office.

The objective of this position is to assist in enhancing and further developing the Belgian distribution network. This is done by working as a team with the Head of Country and the local team and by helping to service and develop mutually beneficial relationships with the distribution community, covering all aspects of superior service and support.


Country sales team support
-Follow-up of sales demands to the support team: due diligence, product/marketing requests, requests for code agreements … and answer general sales team members requests
-Taking appointments for the sales team (cold calling or reactivation of slow contacts)
-Production of statistics, activity reports upon the request of the HOC and/or Global Management.
-Quality control and set-up of presentations and documentation for the Sales team.

Customer care
-Management of day-to-day relationship with companies (prospectus updates, closing of accounts, updates, events…)
-Management of client requests and comments (requests for payment of commissions, legal questions, marketing material, sending of material, etc.) by interacting with the concerned departments.
-Updating and enhancement of the client database (SUN);

Relationship with the internal and external services
-Coordination of main legal issues and topics with the Legal Department.
-Management and follow-up of all roadshows and events along with Events Department (sending and follow-up of invitations, lists of participating clients and companies, invoices, material and documentation…)

Translations and Proof Reading
-Proofreading of weekly notes, monthly newsletters, quarterly reports, monthly comments and presentations of quarterly meetings, of press articles
-Translation of presentations, of marketing and reporting requests.

Assistant supervision
-Supervision of Assistant tasks, define priorities
-Responsible for follow-up and evaluation of assistant work

Profile and skills required
Educated to degree level in a business related discipline
Previous experience in Asset Management is essential
This position requires excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
Highly motivated with the ability to think quickly
Must be a team player and work well with the corresponding local team and members of the wider organisation
Client Service minded and striving for support excellence
A supportive, persuasive telephone manner with clients
Courteous, open-minded, pro-active, and flexible at all times
Professional demeanour in the office and when representing the company at public events
Adequate handling of confidential information
Ability to handle a wide range of questions and projects with minimal direction and meeting deadlines
Good eye for detail, diligent and work in a structured manner
Must be fluent in all of the following languages: Dutch, French and English
