A growing boutique asset manager in the Exchange Traded Product (ETP) space is currently hiring two Sales Associates (1 x German speaking and 1 x Italian speaking). Target client types range from private bankers, wealth managers, institutional asset managers, financial advisers and brokers and online platforms.

Job description

Work closely with other members of the sales team to initiate and maintain a sales pipeline of prospects via proprietary database, mass media, and referrals
Build and maintain strong relationships with investment professionals
Make proactive outbound sales calls relating to prospecting, delivering value added commentary, research, data, scheduling, and due diligence material to clients
Promote sharing and exchange of industry knowledge and trends across the sales team
Occasional travel to events as required
Cold calling and setting up meetings with B2B clients
Target client types range from private bankers, wealth managers, institutional asset managers, financial advisers and brokers and online platforms.


Ideally sales experience with a financial services company specialising in ETFs/ETPs, mutual funds, or other financial products
Proven understanding of the asset management industry and ability to develop relationships with institutions and intermediaries
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Proficiency with web-based CRM, Microsoft Office and Outlook
Researching various sources to identify contacts and build databases
Fluency in English to a native level is essential. Fluency in German to a native level is required for one role. Fluency in Italian to a native level is required for the second role.

Strong verbal and written communication is an absolute requirement of this role
Must be comfortable in a fast-paced, team-based environment with a high degree of individual autonomy and a desire to learn about/develop a career in the ETF industry
Must be able to manage work and prioritise multiple assignments under tight deadlines

Compensation: £40k base + discretionary bonus

Location: London with occasional travel to events as required
