As a Technical Support Agent your principal mission will be to maintain solid customer relationships by handling their questions and concerns with speed and professionalism. Responsibilities: • To ensure client satisfaction by offering specialized advice; • To actively listen and pay attention to client issues; • To resolve client queries and problems according to the companies’ values. Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent; • Fluent in English; • Excellent communication skills; • Commitment to consistently delivering work to a high standard of quality; • Previous call centre or related experience is desirable.
