Customer Service Manager with French(SMJM/329782)

My client, a global company who work with giants of the hospitality sector make their brands stand out, is looking for a Customer Service Manager with French language skills to join their team in West London.

The purpose of the role is to ensure high-level customer service to clients, distributors and the internal sales team. It will be essential to provide detailed and accurate information as well as providing leadership with a view to grow the team.

This company is growing fast and they need a motivating and hands-on leader to help recruit and grow the team. You will set targets and monitor KPIs in order to set the direction for the customer service team.

Other duties include but are not limited to sales quotes, order entry, follow ups, managing VIP accounts and quality control.

The ideal candidate will have some previous experience leading a team and acting as a brand ambassador. The ideal candidate will also be:
- Fluent in both French and English (any additional languages advantageous)
- Experienced managing a team in a customer service function
- Experienced handling logistics and shipping
- Inquisitive and detail-orientated
- Computer literate and comfortable working with Excel
- Positive in their approach to their work
