Home based role if located in Germany, must be able to attend several weeks training in Berlin. Excellent opportunity to join this expanding company, dealing with customers over the telephone and by email.
Summary of Responsibilities
- Demonstrates effective, clear and professional written and oral communication.
- Provides prompt and efficient service to customers.
- Advising the customers about improvements they could implement to improve their product experience.
- Be a team player with excellent time keeping skills.
- Liaise with other departments when required.
Qualification/ Knowledge and Skills
- Ideally some customer service experience.
- Fluent German and English
- Good computer skills.
- Customer focused and attention to detail.
