- Act as a point of contact for all customers that focus on Nest hardware, software and services.
- Maintains ownership of cases through final resolution.
- Nest support policies.
- Effectively communicates with team members and customers.
- Working with internal systems and documenting each call via a client ticket system.
- Fluent in Dutch and English (both written and Verbal).
- At least 6 months experience in a busy call centre environment and/ or high volume retail customer service.
- Be tech savvy with a keen interest in consumer based electronics.
- Critical thinker with exceptional time management and prioritising skills.
- Ability to work changing shift pattern and weekends.
- Immediately available.
