For our great team we are looking for:

CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP CONSULTANT WITH GERMAN, FRENCH or ITALIAN AND ENGLISH

Your role:

- To handle professionally incoming queries by customers via phone and/or email

- To provide accurate, up to date information to the clients’ requests

- To serve as a primary point of contact by thoroughly and efficiently gathering customer information

  and fulfilling customer needs

- To occasionally support the clients with requested translations for the site or newsletters
