2nd Line IT Support Engineer Spanish Speaking
Job Title: 2nd Line Support - Spanish Speaking
Salary:£130 per day Ltd Co or £25k PAYE
We are looking for 2nd Line Support Engineers to join an existing Service Desk based in the centre of Liverpool, working for a large telecoms company.
This is a multi-Lingual desk and fluency in Spanish is essential for this vacancy. You will have excellent customer service skills and at least two years' experience in a 2nd Line support role.
Tasks and Responsibilities will include:
Supporting desktops, laptops, printers and various peripherals
Responding to hardware and software service calls and ensure SLA targets are achieved
Floorwalking to support 1st Line Analysts
Ability to train and guide junior members of the team
Troubleshooting hardware, software and network problems
MS exchange, Active Directory
Win 7, 8, 10 / Office 2010
Office 365 Exchange
TCIP/IP, VPN, Routers, Switches, Firewalls
Familiarity with mobile technologies
