We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to be based in our London Office to focus on recruitment for multilingual temporary roles outside of London. The UK Temps team is currently a team of 7 experienced recruiters and we are now looking for someone to join the Regional Division of the team to lead and expand this area under the guidance of the Divisional Manager.

The Role:
*Demonstrate a complete knowledge of the breadth of Euro London Appointments services and an understanding of Euro London Appointments terms and conditions of business
*Demonstrate a team spirit and a willingness to contribute to meetings and the overall success of the business
*Day to day management, setting of weekly and daily Targets and Objectives and training of Resourcers and Consultants
*Recruit new potential team members for Euro London
*Assist in employee appraisals along with your Line Manager
*Spot checking daily, weekly, monthly
*Building an in-depth knowledge of your sector
*Identify, target and qualify potential candidates
*Interviewing and presenting candidates to live jobs
*Source job leads and convert to job orders
*Presentation of terms of business to clients.
*Arranging client visits to win business and build relationships for your own desk and that of your team
*Secure repeat business for your own desk and that of your team
*Management of candidates through to offer and acceptance to include briefing, debriefing, offer negotiation and counter offer counselling
*Collect and evaluate statistical information relating to own performance and that of your team
*Plan business strategies around this information for your own desk and that of your team
*Creating quarterly business plans for your own desk and assisting your team members with their business plans along with your line manager

Your Attributes:
* A minimum of 2 years experience within Temp Recruitment-all sectors welcome!
* It is essential that you speak fluent English and at least one other language.
* Initial professional experience or completed internships
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* The tenacity and passion to succeed and surpass high targets for yourself and your team
* Hard-working and ambitious to lead a successful team
