Seeking a highly driven Inside Sales Representative to join EMEA Commerical sales team. The ideal candidates will have a demonstrable track record of new business pipeline generation ideally over the telephone and a desire to progress their career into a field sales position.


This role is based in our head office in london and will require exstensive travel to our offices in Holland.



What you get to do in this role:

*Establish new and develop existing business relationships over telephone, email and web based tools

*Team up with external sales executives in the Commercial segment as well as work independently in the SMB segment to effectively develop and close new business and upsell opportunities

*Follow leads and opportunities generated by our marketing organization following a clear and defined qualification and closing process

*Provide timely and accurate forecast to management

*Maintain the highest level of quality CRM data

*Meet or exceed set Monthly, Quarterly and Annual sales objectives

*Focus on understanding an organizations business drivers, challenges, pain points and how ServiceNow solutions map to these

*Position all products in the portfolio

*Leverage existing installations and relationships into projects, departments and divisions to uncover further sales opportunities

*Align and coordinate internal resources necessary to further sales cycle such as Solution Consultants, Specialist Sales, Customer Support, Marketing etc.

*Occasional travel for training and/or meetings may be required

*In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has:

*Fluent Dutch and English speaking essential

*A demonstrable successful track record selling in an Inside Sales role including Business Development, Account Management, Pipeline generation and closing of sales opportunities

*Understanding or experience within the SaaS market or Enterprise Software including ITSM, ERP, CRM

*A thorough understanding of the sales process and strong ability to navigate and progress sales cycles

*Presentation skills via web based tools will be a distinct advantage

*Excellent listening, verbal and written skills

*Excellent relationship building skills - Ability to build meaningful business relationships with customers, prospects and internal colleagues

*Persistent and dependable, especially with attendance, deliverables and deadlines

*Able to adapt to a constantly changing environment; flexibility to work extended hours during peak periods if needed.
