Specialising in data and network hosting, our client, a world leader in its field, is expanding due to a boom in demand .

They are winners of industry awards for best practices and innovation and looking to hire a Spanish speaking service manager with experience in client service mangement either through a support management or service delivery environment .

You could be working in the IT industry but candidates from the finance / banking industry or call centre also considered.
You will be working with some of their largest accounts as their main contact.

Role to be based in Berkshire with travel to clients from time to time
The role is initially a 9 month contract, but likely to be made permanent

Salary £48 / 50k & bonus and benefits

You will playing a critical role delivering services to large multinational clients and driving the working partnership between client and internal multi-functional teams, ensuring client's complex, bespoke implementations and needs are dealt with efficiently.
As the main client contact you are also responsible for the ongoing client relationship throughout the lifecycle of the client, dealing with their service related questions and demands and making sure their needs are met

Desired Skills and Experience
To be successful you:
Need to have solid previous experience of working in a client service role within the IT sector
Are able to build strong relationships with both clients and cross functional teams
Are adept at managing various ongoing projects and processes at different stages concurrently making sure they are running smoothly
Will take full ownership and responsibility for client projects and processes
Will be calm under pressure and while managing high volumes of work
Should have technical comprehension and preferably understand the nature of a technical service role
Fluent Spanish and English
