Your new role
- Creating and processing customer orders through SAP
- Preparation of shipping documents for carriers
- Handling customer complaints, returns and credit notes
- Preparation of sales confirmation, packing list and certificates of analysis to sales office
What you'll need to succeed
- Ability to speak fluent French
- SAP experience
- Previous experience in order processing
- Proven ability in customer care, commercial administrator and organisational skills
- Proactive, friendly and outgoing
