London based global investment firm seeking a fluent German or Dutch speaking HR administrator to join their international team. This role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR assistant (preferably German or Dutch speaking) seeking to enhance their career.

Duties include, but are not limited to;

-Administration of HR processes and support
-Managing complex workloads and sticking to deadlines
-Completing right to work checks
-Liaising with payroll department
-Updating and maintaining employee information on SAP
-Conducting exit interviews
-Calculating holiday entitlement
-Producing offer letters and contracts
-Regular preparation of statistical updates
-Updating databases on employees
-Manage quarterly gym reimbursement process
-Manage input of monthly pension submission and reconciliation
-Scheduling new inductions
-Other ad hoc tasks as required

The ideal candidate must have the following skills and experience;
-Fluent German
-Bachelors degree in business or HR related field
-A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in Human Resources within asset management or financial services / professional services
-Proficient in MS Office
-A knowledge of principles and practises of HR
-Comfortable working independently
-Clear communication and interpersonal skills
-Pro-active work approach and a positive can-do attitude
-Great organisational skills
-Excellent time management and ability to multi-task
-High attention to detail
