Our client has a new exciting opportunity for someone who would like to get into the tech world. They are looking for someone with fluent German skills, as well as either fluent Spanish or French to take on the role of Customer Care Agent for EMEA.

These companies belong to a large variety of sectors, namely Banking & Finance, Government, Healthcare and Education. They are a global company with customers in more than 100 countries worldwide, so if you're looking to get into a dynamic and well-established global firm, this might just be the one!
Our client emphasised the fact that this is a great opportunity to start a technical career. You will start off handling more basic queries and putting focus on coordination. Eventually you will be given the opportunity to prove yourself and move up to solve more complex issues. How far can you go???

What will you be doing?
-Using your trilingual skills to support European customers and engineers.
-This will be via both inbound and outbound calls
-Regularly updating the relevant parties
-Using top customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction
-Administering regular statistical summaries for both internal and external customers
-This will be done through a range of software tools
-Escalating more complex issues to relevant departments
-Completing various administration tasks
-Keeping the call management system up to date

What do you need?
-Fluent German, as well as either fluent Spanish or fluent French
-A keen interest in technology and ability to learn fast
-Previous help-desk/support experience would be an advantage, but is in no means a requirement
-Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
-Able to use Outlook and Microsoft Office
-Given the industry, any knowledge on servers, storage or virtualization is most welcomed, but not a requirement
