German Speaking Customer Support Executive (SMJM/329829)

I am currently working with an online platform in the food and restaurant industry, looking for a German speaker to join the team as a Customer Support Executive. This role will be based in their newly built Tunbridge Wells office starting this summer.

The key responsibilities involve providing customers and clients with information and processing all queries through the telephone and online channels. Other tasks include:

- Responding to client queries and working to SLA/KPIs
- Using Salesforce and internal CRM to record all correspondence
- Provide training to clients via webinar
- Managing the company database to make sure all information is up to date
- Escalate any issues to management
- Assisting with any extra tasks as required
- Working to retain clients and advise on costings

The ideal candidate will be:
- Fluent to native level in German
- Fluent in English
- Previous experience in a b2b customer support/IT helpdesk role will be an advantage
- Strong computer literacy
- Be persuasive and be able to build long-lasting relationships
- Computer literacy with advanced Excel skills
- A problem solver with a dedication to delivering high level customer support
- A fast learner who can work well in a team
- Have previous experience using Salesforce or other CRM/ERP
- Have an interest in new technology and have experience or an interest in the food industry!
