Position summary

The Employee Loyalty Corporate Concierge are responsible for fielding and fulfilling personal and professional requests from the onsite clients and corporate employees, including travel/destination management, dining/entertainment arrangements, gift-buying, meeting/party/special event planning. .  This position will report directly to the Account Manager.  The concierge will be stationed on-site accommodating a Monday through Friday work schedule working from 8:30am-5:00pm daily.


Daily responsibilities – Handle a wide range of personal requests for employees/clients, market services onsite in accordance with client guidelines, cultivate professional relationships with client contact, document all request activity, participate in achieving team goals and offer support to teammates whenever necessary, create weekly/monthly newsletter to distribute to clients that provides local event information and promotions. Need to be able to work in a detailed expeditious manner under pressure and alone in client’s environment. Maintain up-to-date information on clients profiles as well as vendor information. Thoroughly track client’s request(s) in database. Willingness to provide numerous options for clients. Update timely and accurate entries in accordance with LesConcierges’ standards.

Monthly responsibilities – Conduct oral presentations to business units; provide Account Manager with monthly reports outlining request volume, newsletter distribution list numbers, update calendar of events for assigned city, commission amounts and overview of vendor relations and marketing, including negotiated Value Add promotions. Engage in Team Conference Calls.  Follow up with clients after completion of requests to promote positive survey returns.

Yearly responsibilities – work as a member of the team to provide client with “service beyond expectations.”  Continue to effectively market the service to acquire and maintain customers. Work to grow the account and increase revenue generation.  Responsible for completing performance self-evaluations and participating in one-on-one consultations with Account Manager to determine areas of skill and areas of growth.


Strong computer skills including a strong Internet background. Advanced knowledge of Apple and Apple products, Mac proficient & Microsoft Office skills to include: PowerPoint, Excel, Publisher, and Outlook. Strong belief in customer service and professionalism.  Strong sense of team – what you can bring to it, and what you need from it.  Ability to work effectively as a member of a diverse team.  Self-motivated, self-starter.  High energy individuals who like challenges and thrive in a fast paced environment.  Must be resourceful.  Must have a concept of 4 customers – your client contact, your account end user, your teammates, and LesConcierges, and must deliver same high level of customer service to each one.  You must possess the ability to deliver superior customer service at all times, including high volume periods and be able to multi-task and maintain a calm professionalism even during stressful situations.  Constantly meets performance benchmarks in all areas.  Travel Industry background, skills.

Travel/Destination Management:

Proficient in handling individual leisure travel vacations and packages Must be able to handle extensive travel requests, short and long Knowledge of preferred vendors and online booking tools International and domestic destination experience needed High volume of Air, hotel, rail, tours, and leisure packages, etc.   Marketing/Vendor Skills: Creation of marketing flyers, online news write-ups, and direct emails Need to network with local vendors to create money saving promotions for clients and gather pertinent marketing materials. May be asked to contact vendors to follow up for collection of commissions and fees Conduct presentations for company new hire orientation Team interaction –collaborate on marketing initiatives.  Attend vendor and professional meetings and networking opportunities. Ticket Sales/On-site Events: Vendor Fairs – coordinate, recruit vendors,  promote and manage vendors and clients Meet & Greets, cafeteria visits monthly On-site ticket sales – daily/monthly reconciliation of money collected – ethics in reporting Reconciliation of monies collected from ticket sales.  Depositing monies in bank. Event Planning–coordinate and manage–includes working occasional nights and weekends Need to be prepared to occasionally be reimbursed for monies spent on outreach events, mileage or dues for a professional organization.

Offering practical information for everyday questions such as Offering viable options fitting client’s budgetary restraints High tolerance for mundane questions and repetitive requests Notary Public – certification a plus Mentoring – team members or cross-account Account Coverage in Managers Absence Approximately 10% travel may be required Knowledge and Expertise with IT/Apple products a plus  Due to the nature of salaried positions. May be needed to work nights and weekends as needed to complete tasks
