The role:
* Building client relationships via Business Development (B2B) sales calls / Account Management
* Sell and negotiate on multiple levels with both candidate and client as the key point of contact
* Advertising vacancies, processing applications and shortlisting candidates via headhunting resources on Linked In, Job Boards, Database regeneration.
* Manage, organise and influence your recruitment processes from start to finish (360)

What we require:
* Fluency in written and spoken Nordic speaking skills (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, Swedish)
* Bachelor's degree (any discipline) / sales experience e.g. B2B, telesales, call centre.
* Highly motivated by career progression / earning potential and a drive to succeed
* A strong work ethic to go the extra mile, be the best and a willingness to learn
* Confident, professional telephone manner with an enthusiastic, proactive nature.
* Commitment to a full-time permanent role Monday - Friday based in Newcastle Upon Tyne, UK
* Fluency in written and spoken English
