Our client is recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Manager, this is a senior role in the company and will involve Managing about 150 people with responsiblity for the management of Team Managers.
The role will invole balancing people management with performance management.
Candidates must have at least 3 years experience in a similar role with experience of managing at least 5 team managers within the contact centre environment.
