Euro London Appointment's client, a leader in the UEM sector for secure endpoint solutions, is currently looking for a talented Technical Account Manager to provide a focal point for customer relationship development, helping customers to strategically develop user virtualization.

Offering a User virtualization technology solution allowing IT departments to secure and simplify workspace control at scale across Physical, Virtual and Cloud-delivered desktops , our client's technology is currently deployed at over 3,000 companies globally to 9 million endpoints , with a global offices presence.


*Developing strategic relationships within an assigned customer base
*Developing a clear understanding of the customer's tactical and strategic goals, the mapping these relevant to our client's products and technology.
*Facilitating customer engagement through targeted workshops and discussions that will be enhanced by our client's education services department.
*Working with customer to accelerate the adoption of technology and licenses to ensure that customers receive the full benefit of their investment.
*Ensuring that internal technical support teams are kept informed regarding the development of clients' technical environments and any changes in solutions adopted.

Required knowledge

*Strong technical knowledge about Microsoft Infrastructure, Terminal Services , including Citrix.
*Technical knowledge of Virtual Desktop Infrastucture (VDI) environments including technologies such as Citrix XenDesktop, VMWare View and relevant Mocrosoft products.
*Recommended certification in related areas : MCSE/MCTS/CCEA/MCP/SQL Server.
*Enterprise design and implementation experience.
*Strong troubleshooting skills.

Experience required

*Proven record of handling customers and the ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical end-users.
*Experience working in Citrix environments.

Personal skills

*Strong experience leading workshops and adjusting to the technical level of the audience.
*Developed presentational skills, including using whiteboards and other supporting materials to deliver presentations.
*Good interpersonal skills and communications abilities, working with all levels of client stakeholders.
*Able to work independently, sometimes under pressure , organising and multi-tasking.
*Able to adapt to a wide variety of tasks and pitch-in with ad-hoc requirements as and when required.
