French Speaking Customer Services Representative

Beta is a successful, award winning and expanding distributor in the UK and Europe supplying technology products and related services. With expansion in Europe the Export Team require a French speaking Customer Services representative to be based in London.
You will be taking telephone calls from European customers enquiring about stock, chasing deliveries/shipments,running report to assist sales, organising damages and invoicing. Based at our East London office you are the main point of contact between the customer, our European office and other English speaking departments in the UK.
Experience of working with customers over the telephone, fluent French and English language skills and the ability to keep calm under pressure are all required.
