The Role

We currently have an opening for a fluent Danish and/or Finnish speaker to work as a customer service representative in our vibrant office based in Swindon, United Kingdom. We are open to candidates who are willing to relocate to Swindon and we will offer a relocation package.

What you will be doing

You will be acting as back office support for the call centre who are  supporting customers with Lenovo products such as Laptops, Tablets and PC’s.

You will also act as point of contact for any of the major stores in country who will need support with repair updates, RMA requests as well as  general information.

The other key aspect of the job will be dealing with any escalations raised via salesforce, these will be cases that may need replacement units ordering or refunds arranging as well as customer service complaints.

You will need to have the right to live and work in the UK (you must have a UK/European passport), speak good English and be fluent in Danish/Finnish (reading, writing, speaking and understanding), you must also be willing to relocate.

What you will get

The role is permanent and pays £19K per year plus 2K per year bonus paid in 1k instalments every 6 months if target are met. Working hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, for a total 37.5 hours. Any hours worked over 37.5 per week will be paid at time and a half.

You will also be entitled to 20 days paid holiday plus 8 days public holiday per year, holiday entitlement will increase by 1 day for each full year worked up to a maximum of 25 days.
