Following on from our worldwide success, FRG are expanding rapidly and shortlisting for hard-working, ambitious Nordic speaking Graduates / Sales Professionals to join our lucrative Nordic team as an entry level Recruitment Consultant in London, the UK's exciting capital city. Our successful, sociable Nordic (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, Swedish speaking) teams can on board you as a ground level trainee and take you all the way to the top as a business leader. The majority of our managers started their careers as a trainee and haven't looked back. The role:
* Build new client relationships via business development calls and Account Management
* Sell and negotiate on multiple levels throughout client and candidate processes
* Advertising vacancies, processing applications and shortlisting candidates via Headhunting, Linked In, Database Regeneration, Referrals, Market Research
* Manage, organise and control recruitment processes from start to finish (360)

What we require:
* Full fluency in written and spoken Danish / Finnish / Norwegian / Swedish language
* Bachelor's degree (any discipline) and/or previous sales experience e.g. B2B, telesales.
* Commitment to a full-time permanent role Monday - Friday based in central London, UK
* Highly motivated by career progression and / or financial rewards and willing to learn
* A strong work ethic, desire to go the extra mile and 'be the best'
* Confident, professional telephone manner able to undertake a variety of calls
* Fluency in written and spoken English
