French Speaking Customer Support
Candidates must live in Ireland as there will be training from time to time and initially for 7-8 weeks.
€25k per year + bonus
Excellent opportunity to join this expanding company, dealing with customers over the telephone and by email.
Candidates should live within 1 hour commute from Cork as there will be regularlly training onsite.
Summary of Responsibilities
- Demonstrates effective, clear and professional written and oral communication.
- Provides prompt and efficient service to customers.
- Advising the customers about improvements they could implement to improve their product experience.
- Be a team player with excellent time keeping skills.
- Liaise with other departments when required.
Qualification/ Knowledge and Skills
- Ideally some customer service experience.
- C2 level French and at least c1 English
- Good computer skills.
- Customer focused and attention to detail.
- Must have the space in the property to have an office which is not shared and have a good broadband connection.
