Desired Skills and Experience:

- Providing first-class customer service over the telephone to customers across Europe.
- Working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience working in a call centre speaking with distressed customers.
- Fluency in any Scandinavian languages at a business proficient level and English.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to keep calm in high pressured situations.
- Experience working in an emergency response environment (Desirable, but not mandatory).

Responsible for handling inbound and conducting outbound calls to the general public in connection with services offered.

The Advisor will handle all call types that vary depending on the services provided by the Advisor’s department.
