If you are currently based in the UK and do not have either a UK Passport/Citizenship or Indefinite Leave to Enter/Remain you will need to apply for Pre-Settled or Settled Status before the 30th June 2021 in order to legally live and work in the UK. We would urge all UK based workers to ensure this is in place sooner rather than later as it can take time to process applications.
