You will represent a broadband/Network provider, well know across Europe. Being the first point of contact between the brand and its costumers, you will be required to troubleshoot and escalate the call to the correct department, if you are unable to solve the issue (professional training will be provided)
You will answer calls and/or emails from German speaking Market, answering frequently asked questions and supporting customers experiencing any issues regarding the products and services via phone, live chat and emails.
• You have a Native or Near native German level;
• High-school diploma (minimum);
• Very good troubleshooting skills;
• A great interest for IT and new technologies;
