Job description & your future tasks:
• Concentrate completely on customer’s enquiries to achieve a successful outcome
• Provide support while building strong connections with customers and showing empathy
• Give feedback to the entire team in order to improve problem-solving quality
• Fluency in French as well as proficiency in English languages;
• Sufficient computer literacy + MS Office;
• Notable problem-solving skills (Absolute must for troubleshooting);
• Customer Care skills (Ability to deal with customers and guarantee 100% satisfaction);
EU Citizenship or VISA/Valid work permit is mandatory
