Prestigious translation services provider is seeking a Quality Manager to take responsibility for quality management. Managing a small team, you will oversee the company’s quality-related activities, including the development and implementation of new quality strategies and initiatives. Your role is to ensure that the company’s processes are optimally adapted to the high quality standards demanded by a blue-chip client base.
You will be responsible for:
Management of ISO 9001 and ISO 17100 quality registrations (including transition to 9001:2015)
Developing new quality initiatives
Leading process improvement projects
Implementing and raising awareness of quality strategy
Undertaking statistical analysis to identify areas for improvement
Reviewing and implementing language industry quality metrics
Overseeing quality strategy for international offices
Managing and updating quality documentation
The successful candidates will have professional experience in senior quality management roles within a service industry, ideally in the translation sector, be a qualified Lead Auditor, with experience in working within global operations. You will have outstanding written and spoken communication skills, with foreign languages or experience of language service industry being an advantage.
The starting salary is £45,000 plus superb benefits.
