Helpdesk Customer Support Agent
We are recruiting a Helpdesk (1st / First Line) Customer Support agent for our multilingual customer service desk based in The Hague. You will be joining our established team of 14 Customer Support Agents split across two locations in Munich and The Hague for our client a major European Organisation.
Previous experience working as a Customer Support Agent is not a pre-requisite but would certainly be an advantage, as would any previous customer service experience. Fluency in both English and German as working languages is a must for all candidate applicants, in addition French language skills would also be an advantage.
Skills & Experience
Core Hours are 40 per week.
The customer support operation covers the hours between 07:45 - 18:15 with a reduced team between 07:45 - 09:00 and 17:00 - 18:15.
Shift patterns cover the following hours:
07:45 – 16.15
09.00 – 17.00
09.45 – 18.15
