The role is 1st Line support - BUT very Customer Service focused. You will be talking to retailers and helping with any issues they are having with their EPOS/ Tills etc, going though simple fixes, or escalating and booking and engineer visit.
Full training will be given but you will need to be comfortable with IT language, i.e. servers, IP addresses etc.
Hours are shifts between 06:00 and 23:00, i.e. 06:00 - 14:00, 07:00 - 15:00 and 15:00 - 23:00 - you will need to be able to commit to all shifts, working 5 days out of 7 (generally works out as 2 weekends a month)
You will need have strong customer service skills, candidates from retail, catering and hotel and travel backgrounds are ideal.
