We specialise in supplying Visitor Welcome Ambassadors to some of the
UK's best known destinations and are looking for staff to join us in Central London.
The role of a Visitor Welcome Ambassador is diverse and multi-faceted.
One minute you could be giving directions to a lost tourist, the next
you could be talking to a local business owner about the state of the
pavement outside his business.
We work with more than 30 business improvement districts (BIDs), from
Exeter to Leeds and from Canterbury to Liverpool and are leaders in
our field. We're Investors in People accredited and have twice been
finalists in the Visit England Awards for Excellence.
In 6 years we’ve grown from 15 staff to more than 130, and there’s no
sign of stopping! We have adopted the philosophy of the great places to work
institute and live by the ethos of pride, trust and camaraderie.
We're looking for people with personality, a love of customer service,
a willingness to learn new skills and common sense.
Languages are a bonus but not essential other than good spoken
and written English.
