Customer Care Advisor
For one of the leading social media companies
The primary purpose of your role is to resolve issues, provide product and tool advice and thus improve customers’ satisfaction. You will be contacted by customers (advertisers and agencies) who will request post-sales support regarding advertising products, customer service and/or troubleshooting support.
WHAT WILL BE YOUR FUTURE TEAM?
You will have a unique opportunity to join our new Accenture team in Prague, which will provide consultative support to small and medium-sized companies (SMB). You will help them grow their business by improving their level of advertising experience in social media. Your team will be full of interesting and open-minded people with diverse backgrounds and experience. The service itself is delivered in English, German, French, Italian and Spanish while the communication language of our company is English.
