Our client is the European market leader of frozen food distributed directly to its customers. Together with your Dutch-speaking colleagues, you are the point of contact for existing customers taking their orders and offering solutions to questions and requests with a great customer mindset. You manage your customer contacts actively and pro-actively, handle inbound & outbound calls and e-mails.
