Our Client is a Global leader in Customer Contact Management Solutions and Services in the multilingual sector who delivers a Service of Excellence to a wide variety of customers across the world.
You will be providing support to their client who is an American financial services and communications company and leader in money transfer services.
• Answering phone calls and dealing with them promptly, efficiently and with empathy to ensure a positive experience for our customers in Dutch.
• Take ownership on all customer queries and ensure that they are addressed directly or escalated to the appropriate channel
• Fluent in Dutch and advanced in English;
• Excellent Communication Skills;
• Previous Customer Support/Sales experience will be considered a plus
