Working on behalf of a leading real estate company in a contact centre environment.
Our Client look for candidates who have previous experience of working within a focused
customer service environment. An excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Word,
Excel, Outlook and good navigational skills of the internet.
A good working knowledge of call centre technology is desirable, along with excellent
communication skills and the ability to deal with all people in a professional manner.
The role will involve handling inbound calls and sometimes a follow up call.
Candidates must speak fluent French and English.
Candidates must be willing to work shifts as the centre operates Monday to Sunday.
Core hours 6am to 11pm, agents work 37. 5 hours a week.
Relocation assistance can be provided – 4 weeks accommodation and flight costs
