German Speaking Customer Service Administrator Non Voice
£20,000-23,000 + relocation assistance.
The role will include but is not limited to
Replying to customer requests through email via a ticketing system
Process orders through non voice channels (quick orders, web orders, faxes)
Making phone calls to German speaking customers when required to resolve any issues
Be available when requested to receive in-coming German speaking customer queries via telephone (Voice customer service requests).
Strong customer service experience
Fluent in German and English
Strong communication skiils
Salary - £20-23k per year depending on shifts.
Relocation assistance – flight paid and 1 month’s hotel accommodation provided.
