€25,000 + bonus (up to €1600)
Scope of the role
You will be responsible for handling inbound calls assisting customers with site navigation, processing orders and online order tracking. You will also be responsible for handling delivery issues, refunds and light troubleshooting of website issues.
You will need to listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport with the customer. Track, document and retrieve information in call tracking database, notating accounts as required. It will also be essential to maintain a broad knowledge of client products/services.
Required Candidate Skills
The role involves working 40 hours a week, working 5 days a week, shifts during the hours of 9am to 9pm Monday to Sunday.
