Customer Care Advisor - Bournemouth
This is an excellent opportunity to join a global organisation and gain exposure to some of the biggest brands in the world.
For this role you will be answering calls and emails assisting customers with various queries on behalf of a large car manufacturer.
You will handle simple queries through to more complex issues that may require some investigation which in turn will require patience and attention to detail.
There will be a mixture of telephony and written queries so the suitable candidate will require fairly good grammar skills along with a strong telephone manner. You will need to navigate more than one system so it is important you can adapt to going in between different systems depending on the nature of the call/email received.
You will be working a 37. 5 hour week with NO weekends. There is a local and regular bus route whilst there are a number of employees arranging car shares.
